Long-session recumbent cycling with body weight off the hips, knees and lower back, which is why recumbents earn their floor space in condo gyms, hotels and any facility with an older member base. Twenty self-generated resistance levels with steady-state or program modes, so placement is never tied to a power point. Two trims share the same frame: the A5100 with LED console as the volume unit, and the A5100S adding a 23.8-inch LCD entertainment screen on a taller console mast for front-row positions.
