Single-leg hip extension with the torso braced against the pad isolates the glutes without loading the spine. Fixed floor feet stabilise the station in place of counterweight plates, leaving more clear space around the movement. At 139 kg it is the lightest machine in the family, running a 49 kg stack with a 94 kg heavy option.
