Full-rack squat and press work happens inside this frame, with the lifter enclosed rather than in front of it. Four trims share the geometry: the E6253A is the plate-loaded build, the E6253B is the selectorized build with integrated weight stacks, and both take an integrated lifting platform (E6253AP / E6253BP). The platform trims run close to 8.8 square metres, so treat them as anchor pieces in the strength zone layout, not fillers.
