Super Inclined Chest Press

Incline pressing at a steep angle to bias the upper chest, anterior delts and triceps. The two arms move separately, so the stronger side cannot carry the weaker one, and members choose a prone or neutral grip depending on shoulder comfort. A start-assist mechanism helps users get the plates moving from the bottom position without a spotter.
