Reinforced weighted bags for carries, cleans, lunges and throws, in two shapes: the crescent Bulgarian bag for swings and rotational work, and the cylindrical power bag with grab handles for cleans and carries. The load shifts as you move, so the body works harder to stabilise than a fixed weight, which is exactly why HYROX and strongman training lean on them.
