Battle ropes chew themselves apart on abrasive floors - unless they are sleeved. IRONWOD's PRO wraps the rope in polyester so it waves across concrete and rubber without shedding fibres, and finishes the ends in knurled alloy instead of shrink-wrap that peels. Nine metres suits most bays; twelve gives heavier waves.
