The Bulgarian bag's crescent shape is the point: it hugs the shoulders for squats and lunges, then swings around the head in arcs no dumbbell can follow - grip, core and shoulders all working to control it. IRONWOD builds theirs in tear-proof PVC mesh with a dense iron-sand fill, supplied filled and ready across five weights.
