Competition bumpers are a different discipline from training plates: fifteen-gram accuracy, a thin profile that fits real meet totals on the bar, and a chromed centre flange that takes the loading-pin abuse. IRONWOD casts them in natural rubber with the full IWF colour code. As with all comp plates, do not drop the 5 kg on its own.
