The shoulder-carry sandbag from the race formats, in exactly the three lunge weights. Seven handle positions mean it works for far more than lunges - cleans, front squats, drags - and the water-resistant CORDURA face keeps sweat out and wipes clean between classes. It ships empty, so you fill it with sand to the race weight on site and nobody pays freight on the sand.
