IRONWOD's signature plate: a full-rubber bumper with moulded hand grips, so the same plate that loads the bar also does farmer holds, plate raises and ground-to-overhead finishers. Dead bounce, virgin rubber, and a drop-test regime measured in the tens of thousands. Black for a stealth floor, colour-coded when you want weights readable across the room.
