The bench you hip-thrust against was never designed for it: too tall, too slippery, and it walks backwards mid-set. This dense foam wedge is cut to thrust height, heavy enough to stay planted, and firm enough that the edge does not collapse under a loaded barbell. Set it against a wall or plate stack and the station is ready.
