The seal row is the strictest back exercise there is - lying prone, nothing moves but the weight - and it needs a dedicated bench tall enough to hang a loaded bar under. IRONWOD builds theirs from 75 mm tube with aluminium pins where cheaper benches use plastic, a height range that suits every arm length, and wheels to move it off the floor after back day.
