The safety squat bar keeps torn-up shoulders and cranky elbows in the squat rack: hands hold forward handles, the padded yoke carries the load, and the camber shifts it to sit like a high-bar squat. IRONWOD welds theirs in one piece with a dense foam yoke that keeps its shape, rated to the same 1,500 lb as the straight bars.
