Bodyweight suspension work scales to anyone - walk the feet forward and a row gets heavier, back and it gets easier. IRONWOD's trainer anchors to a rig, a beam or a door, and the strap hardware is rated far beyond any training load. For classes, hotel gyms and the corner of the floor machines cannot reach.
