One machine that covers the run and the sled - the two HYROX stations that usually eat the most floor space. It runs as a motorised treadmill with backward walking and decline, then switches to sled mode with up to 1500 W of resistance (for reference, a pro cyclist puts out around 1000 W in a sprint). The patented Dynamic Sled Handle moves with the user to mimic a real outdoor push, so it trains the core the way a static handle never will. All packed into a compact, space-saving frame.
