Benches, plate trees and storage decide whether a free-weight floor works day to day. Members judge a gym by its racks and dumbbells, but the daily flow depends on having enough flat benches, a plate tree beside every barbell station, and dumbbell racks that keep pairs where they belong.

The DHZ Benches & Racks line covers that whole layer: flat, adjustable and Olympic pressing benches, back extensions and preacher curls, dumbbell racks, plate trees and bar holders, plus combined rack-and-storage structures up to the 5.15 m Lever Arm Combo Rack. Durable builds run from 20 kg utility benches to competition-format powerlifting hardware.

A rough sizing rule we apply on commercial floors in Malaysia: one flat bench per two dumbbell stations, one plate tree per barbell station, storage runs sized to the kit you actually own.
