Dips without the bodyweight barrier. Members who cannot yet manage full dips on bars load this machine light and build the same pressing pattern for chest, front delts and triceps; stronger lifters load it past bodyweight. The two levers work independently for single-arm pressing or lock together for a standard bilateral dip. Footprint is 1.60 x 1.51 m.
